PRODUCTION FEE – The Square Foot Theatre Company is an educational program providing a hands-on experience for actors of all ages and backgrounds. Each cast member is charged a production fee*:
Cast members under the age of 18 will be charged a $200 production fee (or sell $400 in ads)
Adult cast members over the age of 18 will be charged a $100 production fee (or a $35 fee and sell $75 in ads)
ADS - Advertisement information and pricing can be found at squarefoottheatre.com/advertise. All ads are due no later than July 15. Ad submissions and questions regarding the program or ad sales can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Ad forms are also available at the theatre.
*If you are finding that the production fee is difficult to meet, alternative fundraising opportunities will be available to raise funds. Please contact us for details.
SCHOLARSHIPS are available for this production through SFT's John DePino Scholarship Fund. If you are in need of scholarship, please contact us for an application.
TICKETS – Tickets for this production are on sale now. Tickets are $28 for adults and $26 for seniors and children under 12. For more information about how to purchase tickets, please visit squarefoottheatre.com/tickets. SFT is an intimate theatre experience. Patrons are encouraged to bring in favorite food and a full bar available on site. Outside beverages are prohibited.
SCRIPTS - The scripts for this production are rented and must be returned. All markings must be made in pencil. Scripts must be returned to a staff member prior to the final performance with all markings erased. A $60 fine will be charged for lost or damaged books not returned by this date.
STRIKE - All cast members are required to attend a mandatory strike following the final performance. Failure to attend strike may jeopardize your ability to participate in future SFT productions.
ETIQUETTE - SFT strives to provide a respectful environment where actors of varying levels of experience are able to perform together and help one another grow and improve their skills. Any kind of bullying or disrespectful behavior towards fellow cast members and staff will not be tolerated and may result in the termination from the production.
Cast members are not permitted to disclose personal information about fellow cast members, patrons, employees, contractors or board members. Any requests for information should be directed to theatre staff.
PUBLICITY - While SFT publicizes its productions through various sources, it is essential that we have each cast member’s assistance in spreading the word about the show by sharing social media posts and emails, hanging posters and encouraging the sale of tickets. We can provide you with any marketing materials you may need to help spread the word to your friends and family

I understand that breaking this contract may result in being removed from the production with no refund.
The undersigned individual and/or as a parent of the above named child do hereby agrees to waive, release, and hold harmless The Square Foot Theatre Company, Inc. and its respective officers, directors, agents, insurers and employees from any and all causes of action including personal injury and property damage.
